Cooking Oil
From tempering curries to cooking vegetables and deep frying snacks, edible oil is a staple in all Indian kitchens. Given the large size and the agro-climactic and cultural diversity across the country, the types of oils used also vary. Coconut oil in the South, mustard oil in the North and the East, sunflower oil, groundnut oil, soybean oil, and more across the Indian landmass.
India is a massive consumer of edible oils but, unfortunately, edible oil production in India does not meet the country’s huge demand. On average, Indians consume about 19 kg of edible oil per person per annum. Estimations of edible oil production in India, given the cultivation of largely soybean, rapeseed and mustard, and groundnut on 25 million hectares of land, suggest that India produces only about one-third of the national demand.
We offer an extensive array of edible oil products, including soyabean oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, blended oil, vanaspati and specialty fats.
We also offer specialty fats, including (i) industrial margarine, bakery shortening and vanaspati, which are primarily supplied to restaurants, cafes and bakeries for baked products, (ii) lauric fats as substitutes for milk fat and cocoa butter substitutes for ice cream and confectionery, and (iii) bulk packaging of frying oil.
Our edible oil products are offered under “Akshaya”, our flagship brand, as well as several masstige brands, including “Kisan , Evaan , Ananya,Frake, Best Fry, and others.
Confectionaries
We are one of the trusted manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of a wide range of Sweets and Confectionery Items. Our plant was set up in the year 2010 and has since then been making confectionery products for market . We had initially begun with an installed capacity of 200 tonnes per annum, which has now increased to 30000 tonnes per annum and production has 20000 tonnes per annum, making our organization the largest confectionery manufacturing unit in Gwalior. We are also doing job work for Parle Group.
In order to encourage a shift towards newer developments and innovative applications, we launched our own range of Toffees, Candies and Éclairs under the brand name AMBIC in the year 2014. The toffees offered by us boast of multiple variants and mouth-watering yummy taste.
Through the launch of its own brand "Dream Cream", our company “Enirmalify Confectionery" has in a short span of time become one of the reputed suppliers and exporters of Toffees, Candies and Éclairs which are reasonably priced and are also hugely in demand all over the world. We have the requisite facility to produce toffees, candies and éclairs of excellent quality by using a combination of special techniques, fine ingredients and unique recipes.
Our products appeases the taste-buds of the consumers and has them asking for more. Stringent quality control procedures are observed at our state of art laboratory to check raw materials, finished goods and product packaging in order to ensure that the quality, flavor and delicious taste of the products is retained.
